Meet Michelle
Michelle is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with more than four years of teaching experience. She specializes in Beginner, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga, offering classes that are grounding, accessible, and deeply nurturing for practitioners of all levels.
Her journey into yoga began during a time when life felt overwhelming, and the practice became an anchor that helped her slow down, reconnect, and rebuild from within. Encouraged by someone who believed in her before she fully saw it in herself, Michelle now carries that same spirit forward, holding space for others to grow, heal, and feel supported exactly as they are.
From guiding beginner classes to leading soulful flows and restorative experiences, Michelle brings a calm and welcoming presence that helps people feel immediately at ease. She has also held space at a women’s wellness retreat in Arizona, offering opportunities for connection, renewal, and intention through both movement and stillness.
Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: yoga is not about perfection, but about presence.
