Cancellation Policy

At The Grounded Soul, every session is thoughtfully prepared and customized specifically for you. Time is intentionally reserved so that your experience is never rushed and always fully supported.

Because of this, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
  • Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.

We deeply respect both your time and ours. When an appointment is missed without notice, that time cannot be offered to another client who may be waiting.

All outstanding balances must be settled prior to booking or rescheduling future appointments.
